In the wee hours of a summer night, my dear friend and fellow artist Ioana Baracย awoke to the lights of a police car and knocking at her door. Still waking from her sleep, the reality was a walking nightmare. Her son Victor was found with his car around a tree. Victor was 20 and a UCONN junior.
It is an honor to remember Victor in this way for Ioana, and their family and friends.
