The Hartford Business Improvement District "Make a Thing" public art competition, (in partnership with MakerspaceCT), Hartford, CT was held in 2020. The following are the proposal images in the "Heartford" concept proposal package. "Heartford Swings" was one of the chosen winning concepts of this proposal.
