Pictured here are the seeds of the three sisters: squash, beans, and corn; gathered from the Fodder Project Collaborative Research Farm in New Mexico, home of the Seed Broadcast art and agricultural journal. Learning about the farm and seed exchanges, I was reminded of how I am a seed. Thinking of my ancestors and the travels of where they came from, and where they ended up "planting roots", I wondered about my own meanderings.
